Whether you need a few more of your fine glassware or dinner plates to host your growing supper club, or just looking for a new dinner napkin that feels more exciting than the one you’ve used a thousand times, we’ve got a little something for everyone.

How far in advance should I reserve my rental items?

We recommend reserving your items as soon as possible! Due to the unique nature of many of our products and high demand (especially during holiday seasons!), our inventory of each item is limited. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks to 2 months in advance of your event to ensure availability. However, we will rent items on shorter notice, based on availability.  

How do I place an order?

We make it easy! You can create a cart on the website with all the items and specific quantities you need for your event. We’ll confirm inventory availability on our end or email you with any adjustments needed. See a certain tablescape you’d like to recreate? You can also email us at partypantry@llcevents.com for a customized proposal. We’ll send you a detailed proposal and we can get your items reserved as soon as you’re ready! Rental reservations are required to be paid in full before rental items are delivered. 

How long do I have the rentals for?

Our advertised rental rates typically cover a 48 hour period. We drop them off the day before your event date and items are to be picked up or returned the day after your event. 30% of the rental fee will be added to your proposal for each additional 24-hour period needed. For rentals longer than 7 days, including monthly rates, we offer complimentary days based on extended time needed!

Do you deliver?

Yes, we want to make hosting super easy for you! Currently, our items are available only by delivery or pickup, due to the delicate nature of our collection. We offer complimentary delivery within a 15 mile radius of our shop in Perry, GA. If you are outside of our delivery radius, you can pickup from our shop. 

What geographical areas do you serve?

We primarily serve Middle Georgia counties, including Houston, Bibb, Pulaski, Dooly, Crisp, Macon, and Crawford. If your event is outside of these areas, contact us to find out if we can help. If we can make it happen, we will! 

How much are your rental fees?

Our rental fees vary by item – contact us and we will provide a detailed proposal for any items you are interested in! We offer styling and setup services as an add-on service, to ensure your Pinterest-worthy event is stress-free! 

What happens if my guest/venue breaks something?

If an item is broken during your rental, we’ll charge a replacement fee based on our cost to replace the item. All replacement fees are stated in your rental agreement, so you’ll know ahead of time. No surprises here! 

Do you participate in styled shoots?

Yes! We love collaborating with other talented vendors! Depending on the items requested, delivery location, and other factors, delivery and/or cleaning fees may apply. Shoots are evaluated on a case by case basis, so contact us and let’s chat about your vision! 

Do I have to clean the items before I return them?

We’re happy to take care of cleaning for you – some may say this is the best part of our service! We just ask that all items that are used for food service are scraped of all food debris and rinsed before packing into Party Pantry transport racks/containers. If any linens are wet, we ask that you allow them to dry prior to bagging or boxing up.
